1- Explore Positions

Check out our open volunteer roles. Find your fit by reviewing descriptions, skills, and availability needs.

2- Complete Application

Submit Your Application! Apply when the form opens via alerts or this page. Complete all sections, including resume/experience and availability. Apply ASAP, as we close when targets are met.

3- Phone or Video Interview

Interview time! If selected, we’ll email you to schedule a phone/video call. Successful candidates get an official invite to volunteer at Bombina Festival.

4- Volunteer Handbook

Get ready! Once you’re on a team, we’ll send you a welcome email with the Volunteer Handbook. This is your key to successful shifts and a deeper understanding of the festival. Please read it before orientation.

5- Orientation Sessions

We’re flexible! our interview leads to mandatory team orientation and training. Online sessions are available for those outside the designated areas. Choose your volunteer assignments after!

6-Assignments & Shifts

Once you’ve completed orientation, we’ll match you with your volunteer assignments based on your preferences and availability and provide you with the schedule.
