Become a Bombina Festival Content Creators! Film exclusive moments, interview guests, and create buzz-worthy videos for our social channels. Use your own gear (phone/camera) and share the raw footage. Editing is welcomed, but not mandatory!

• Festival Staff

Get hands-on experience with our Festival Staff! you’ll help with equipment transport and event execution, working alongside staff to ensure smooth operations. Tasks include guest interaction (including VIPs), tech setup, venue preparation, administrative duties, and more.

• Guest Experience Coordinators

You are our VIP welcome squad! They’ll be the personal escorts and go-to contacts for our special guests, ensuring smooth arrivals, seamless transitions to events, and timely Q&A returns. You are the face of our hospitality, working long hours to provide top-notch service and handle any assigned tasks.

• Frontline hosts

You are instrumental in setting the tone for our event, as you’ll be the first to welcome our patrons and provide the necessary guidance to ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.

• Sponsor Services Coordinators

You are essential to the smooth operation of our festivals, offering vital on-site support. You’ll be responsible for activation setup, coordinating sponsor requirements, serving as their dedicated contact, and addressing any specific needs.

• Street Teams

Want to be part of something exciting? We’re building a Street Teams to spread the word about the festival! Help us plaster the town with posters, postcards, and window cards. Join the team and make some noise!

• Theatre Attendants

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests entering the theatre! As a Theatre Attendants, you’ll scan or tear tickets, check VIP passes, and make sure everyone gets in smoothly. You’ll also keep the line moving and the noise down outside the auditorium.

• Ushers

As Ushers, you will provide courteous assistance to guests, guiding them to their designated seating locations inside the theatres.

• Venue Supervisors

As Venue Supervisors, you will direct department volunteers on the ground. Your duties include managing schedules and ensuring accurate check-in and check-out for all volunteers throughout the festival.

• Videographers

Lights, camera, action! Join us as a Volunteer Videographers and capture the magic! Document special moments, guest interviews, and screening highlights for our website and promotional efforts. Bring your own gear, shoot and deliver raw footage – we’ll handle the rest! Editing is a bonus, not a must!

• Photographers

Join us as Volunteer Photographers! Contribute to the festival’s visual narrative by capturing events, guests, and screenings. Use your own equipment and provide edited JPGs for promotional materials.
